Commanding a view down Council Road, this was formerly the offices of Northfleet Urban District Council, and before that a private house. It does not appear to be listed, but nevertheless, it is a pity that the modern extension to the right was allowed to be directly connected to one face of the old house. The nursing home has several more modern buildings to the right.
