The painted house nearest the camera is no. 84. The two other houses further along, nos. 83 and 82, were originally combined with this house to make one large building. Built in 1598, the interior of no. 84 is little altered since it was created over 400 years ago. It was opened to the public on 9th July as part of Faversham Society's Open House scheme.
