A track has been made up from Sands Lane to an old railway junction from where there will be two cycleways . One is already open, going over the viaduct and the bridge over Mill Street East to the towpath of the Dewsbury branch canal. The towpath can be followed to Horbury Bridge and Wakefield. This image is on the other route, which will hopefully go through a short tunnel before following the old railway track to Ossett.
