A closer view of Image shows the bewigged lawyer statues at the bottom. Covering all of it (best seen over the statues) is wire-mesh to catch falling pieces - the white bars are staples holding this on. An intractable conservation problem in that the main interest of the building is the early concrete construction, but it is this very concrete which has now outlived its working life.
