This shows the construction work starting on the new multi-million pound offices of West Dorset District Council that caused a lot of controversy in the town because many people believe they are a waste of taxpayers' money at a time when Council budgets are being cut. They are seen as being unnecessary because the existing offices are completely adequate especially during hard times for normal people.
