A small country estate of around 12.5 acres comprising a detached three bedroomed house and two adjacent cottages. For sale in 2011 ("price on application"). The vallum of Hadrian's Wall runs through the grassed area parallel with the line of Hadrian's Wall, now below the Military Road just beyond hedge line on the right as it climbs Eppies Hill.
