I spotted this guy in Hazel Grove, Stockport carefully marking the pavement with a single yellow line to go with the double yellows marked on the road. I always wondered how the single lines got there but never caught anyone doing it. And a damn fine job he was doing too, however I had no intention of stopping to find out if they were legal yet, still being wet and all.
