The former Q8 petrol station and Ford dealership stands empty awaiting the bulldozer as the site is owned by the Anglian Co-op and is destined to be a housing estate. As you can ascertain from the http://www.kph.co.uk/storage-tank.html#fuel the job of site clearance is very exacting.
