Rudchester Hall

A very interesting old hall from the C18th, its south-east corner built onto elements of an earlier hall and tower built on the site in the C13th by Simon of Rudchester. It is unclear whether the tower incorporated into the current house was a stand-alone residence or a solar tower of a larger hall.
