Rounding this bend was a jawdropping moment, as the scale of the industrial estate, southeast of Northampton, was revealed. On the left are the premises of Panasonic and Travis Perkins; in the centre are Asda and Stanley; on the right is the Office Depot, all strung out along Gowerton Road.
