Splendid example of a surviving nineteenth century corrugated iron church. The Church of the Ascension at Bedmond, Abbots Langley, is a Grade II listed building, and dates from 1880 - it was built for the princely sum of £80. For a full architectural description of this remarkable structure visit this http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-158710-church-of-the-ascension-abbots-langley. Prefabricated buildings of this kind have been well-documented and more images may be found at this http://www.tintabernacles.com/Photos.html.
