The city centre of Sheffield has undergone immense change in the last decade, with much of it having undergone major redevelopment. Fifteen years ago, we would have been looking at the 60s concrete monstrosity of the City Council headquarters, with its first floor overhanging Norfolk Street entirely. Today, we see one of many new office blocks, with trendy eateries on the ground floor.
