It's likely that the residents of Castle Road are not happy to have this eyesore near to their houses. There are metal sheets over all the windows on this side of the building. The one window on the opposite side has been bricked up. The roof is rusty and patches of brickwork are showing where the convering layer has crumbled away. Just out of view on the far side of the building is Bethel Evangelical Church. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2454521
