Pipe line construction near to Kedington, Suffolk. The construction is a £150,000,000 pipeline that is being built from Kirtling Green, near Newmarket, to Wixoe Essex. The 16 kilometre pipeline, part of the Ely-Ouse to Essex transfer scheme that started in the 1970s, will increase the amount of water in the Abberton Reservoir by 58 per cent an additional 15 billion litres.
