Dating from 1875, this building is a steel framed structure in Chatham Dockyard that housed dockyard offices and an engineering shop. It has been restored and converted, the first door is a fish and chip shop, then a small Co-operative supermarket, the last section is now the Ship and Trades Public House (part of Shepherd Neame) and restaurant on the first floor.
