After tackling Talerddig Bank Image Image needs to replenish the water supplies. Since most watering facilities provided for steam engines at stations no longer exist stops have to be timetabled where access to supplies is available. In this case access to a hydrant is available on the edge of a school playing field near Newtown Station. The hose providing the water to the tender can be seen on the ground. Meanwhile the support crew look after the engine and provide well earned refreshments to the loco crew at the same time!
