A view across one of a string of three lakes within Hadley Wood and the Golf Course. This lake feeds Pymmes Brook. The two male Mallard ducks (Anas platyrhynchos) in the foreground have begun their summer moult, losing their distinctive bottle green head plumage along with their ability to fly for a few weeks.
