It's around 7am and all is set for 500 walkers and runners to turn up to take part on the Long Distance Walkers Association annual 100 mile walk. The 2011 walk was held from Moor Park School, Overton, Ludlow. Walkers have to cover the 100 mile in under 48 hours without stopping at any one place for more than 2 hour max, so it's no sleeping until the end.
