Old length of dual carriageway on Selby Road, Riccall

This length of road was formerly followed by the A19, before a new length of road was constructed which avoided the residential properties along the road and took out the bend. This short length of dual carriageway is now redundant, but at one time protected traffic turning right into an industrial estate on the site once occupied by Riccall coal mine.
