The herbaceous border next to the topiary at the front of the house. The Grade II listed house was rebuilt from a 17th century house in 1878 and extended in 1913. Mount Ephraim has been in the Dawes family for over 300 years and the estate covers 800 acres. The garden is a small part extending over 10 acres.
