Maple Cross: The Cross

Victorian Ordnance Survey maps show that The Cross public house was once The Maple Cross. Alas it is not now either with the hoarding around it sealing off another residential conversion. With its close proximity to Junction 17 of the M25 Motorway the developers could see its potential.
