Footbridge at Dolgellau

This unusual footbridge over the then main road to Barmouth was opened in 1938 by Dame Margaret Lloyd George. With most of the traffic now shifted to the neighbouring 1980s bypass the bridge has fallen out of use and the entrances are locked up.
