From the northern end of the Esplanade the Georgian terraces continue - on a humbler scale - as Brunswick Terrace. The beginning of the terrace is marked by this rather drum-shaped building (the Beach House hotel) echoing the style of the Statue House at the other - southern - end of the Esplanade.
