This section of bus has been sited here, I think, to act as either a commentary box or admission / access control for a horse-show, or similar event. There are paddocks with horses adjacent and in the past the farm may have hosted such things. The black plastic bin is half full of beer bottles. The yellow porcelain loo (just visible right of shot) has just been fly-tipped I think.
