"Don't feed the horses and keep your dog on a lead". Understandable and sensible notices in the countryside. However I am at a loss to understand the logic behind a notice on a public footpath which advises walkers not to loiter. Is there some strange rule in Anglesey about minimum speeds for walkers? What are the penalties for those who dawdle? Are there any dispensations for the elderly? On a path between Moelfre and Llanalgo.
