This close-up view of the south face of the clock tower shows new stone at the south-west angle (to the left of the photograph). There was once a cut bench mark on the south-west angle on the west face but replacing this stone must have destroyed the mark. Bench Mark Database: http://www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm37876
