Occupying land to the north east of Belmont House on both sides of Throwley Road. The club was founded in 1902 and moved from its original site on Nagden Marsh when land was leased from Lord Harris of Belmont, with the unusual condition that "golf is subject to gaming and sporting rights" i.e. pheasant shoots have priority. http://www.favershamgolf.co.uk/index.php
