Former Bus Depot, Eastney

Situated in Eastney Road, this depot, dating from the early 1930s was briefly a tram depot, then operated trolleybuses from 1934 to July 1963. Portsmouth Corporation Transport then continued to operate motorbuses from this depot until it closed on Saturday 25th May 1991. It was then demolished in 1993 and housing now occupies the depot site.
