Shepherds' Victoria Hall stands on the corner of Chapel Street and Clifford Street. The council website http://www.chorley.gov.uk/CHttpHandler.ashx?id=4233&p=0 states that is in a conservation area, but the aerial photograph shows it standing at the corner of a large car park.
