Olivetree House, in Fountain Street (seen in the background in Image), built in 1958 for occupation by the Inland Revenue. Planning permission was given on 21 January 2008 as follows: “Z/2006/2044/F Demolition of existing building and erection of new 7 storey building, retail on ground and first floor with offices on upper floors.
