Probably ought to be called Borehamwood High Street!, lined as it is with shops and stores. The road has been laid out to calm traffic with continual winding from side to side within the constraint of single file traffic in each direction. The addition of speed humps helps to spread the message that traffic misdemeanours will not be tolerated.
