Indian restaurant at Onward Chambers, 34 Market Street between Barclays Bank and Pound Zone. In Kelly's 1914 Directory it was listed as the offices of the Britannic Assurance Co. http://hydonian.blogspot.com/2010/09/onward-chambers.html Britannic Assurance Co isn't shown in Market Street in the earlier Kelly's Directory of 1902, but it does show a firm of Solicitors, Smith Hervey & Sons, at a Market Street address, but with no specified number.
