Charity shop on the corner of City Road and Byron Road. It was officially opened by the Lord Mayor of Cardiff in 2009. Islamic Relief is an international aid and development charity, which aims to alleviate the suffering of the world's poorest people. It is an independent NGO (non-governmental organisation), founded in the UK by Dr Hany El Bann in 1984. The building was formerly occupied by a fruit and vegetable shop.
