HMS Onyx

Retired submarine HMS Onyx in Buccleuch Dock. It is an Oberon class sub. built by Cammell Laird and launched in 1966. Diesel electric powered with 8 torpedo tubes. Now awaiting resiting and preservation at the Dock Museum. Sadly, the tower crane is rarely used these days.
