The detail from what seems to be a telecoms access cover, at the Malone Road end of Chlorine Gardens Image, near the Musgrave Minor Hall Image The only Bullers Limited for which I can find a reference was a maker of ceramic insulators in Stoke-on-Trent Image and http://teleramics.com/makers/buller.html. Further information welcomed.
