Once through the Tweenaway Cross bottleneck and up the hill, the next stage of the road widening lies ahead. Pedestrians have no footpath here and are presumably supposed to cross the road, but many of them do not do so and are creating danger for themselves amongst the motorists. Whose fault is this? Why is there no footpath?
