One of many erstwhile faemer-weavers' cottages in Saddleworth. Prominent are the "weavers' lights", allowing the maximum light into the room where handlooms would have been situated. Behind is the war memorial on Pots and Pans Hill. This dominating and poignant feature was built in 1923.
