This monument is to the second Lord Feversham who died in 1867. It was erected in 1869 at a cost of £800. The monument's cover stone was cut from a seven foot square block of sandstone weighing seven tons by Thomas Weatherill and his father William from near the old Spout House, Bilsdale.
