Bench mark on the corner of Vicarage Road

The stone wall on the corner of Vicarage Road and Hoole Road has a bench mark on the sixth course of stone above the ground. The O.S. database records it as being only 0.7 metres above ground level, so I think that the wall may have been rebuilt (after an R.T.C.?), the BM stone having been replaced two courses higher up.
