Shelt Hill cottages

A row of agricultural workers' cottages, probably built for employees of the farm. At first sight these appear to be spacious double-fronted cottages, but closer inspection shows that they were clearly originally pairs of single-front cottages with shared entrance. Today the pairs have been combine to form single dwellings.
