Cottage dating from around 1780, situated at the entrance to Gatton Park off Gatton Bottom. Grade IIc listed - i.e. in the curtilage of the grade II listed Lower Gatton Park. On the left, by the National Trust sign, is the North Downs Way on its climb to Reigate Hill.
