I am certain that this George V-reign postbox has not been standing here since that monarch was on the throne - I'm sure I remember this being a little box mounted on a pole 20-odd years ago. Anyway, it stands by a bench on the corner of Bickerley Road (ahead) and Kingsbury's Lane (left) and is emptied finally at 4pm on weekdays and at 11:45am on Saturdays.
