Head south down Grand Parade then east up Morley Street until the junction with Circus Street. At the foot of the former Hilly Laine area is Circus Street once a notorious slum area that was cleared in the 1930s with the town's market moved to this purpose-built building in 1937 from its previous home outside the town hall. The fishmarket joined it from the beach in 1960. Unfortunately, the building has been gradually run down and is now scheduled for redevelopment.
