Located on High Street. The library is part of Caerphilly County Borough's library service. A distinctive feature of the library is the stainless steel artwork http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2312615 on an external wall. Depicted are various alphabets: Welsh, finger spelling, semaphore, Braille and English.
