This is an unusual and dangerous crossroad junction on the A4086, which crosses left-right across the picture. The two main buildings are Y Swyddfa Bost - The Post Office and the disused Capel Mawr. The chapel which closed in the 1990s was for a time used as a film studio but is now a private residence. The building on the right is a former shop and immediately right foreground, but out of the shot, is the Premier Store.
