An Eircom NI access cover, cast by the Brickhouse foundry, on the western side of the Castlehill Road, up from Stormont Park. Eircom Ni is part of the Eircom group which might be loosely described as the successor to the privatised state-owned telephone service in the Republic of Ireland. This cover probably allows access to its fibre optic network.
