At the east end of Canty Bay are 3 spaced out wooden houses. This is the westernmost of them. The grass track heading away across the hillside leads to the other 2 houses, the easternmost of which is named Ingridstuen [which, if it were Danish, would translate as (the) Ingrid room (perhaps "Ingrid's room")].
