Alongside the river Sherbourne. The houses to the right are at the corner of Lake View Road and Malvern Road. Visible in the distance are the rear of the row of shops on Holyhead Road. It appears to be suffering a bit with much bark lost from its trunk at this time. However, it's still here in 2011 (Image]) looking in good health.
