Apart from the fact that this young man is holding a shield with the arms of Stratford, I can find no information about this statue. Update 2019: The statue is called 'Everyman' and is by the sculptor Fred Kormis https://statues.vanderkrogt.net/object.php?webpage=ST&record=gbwm078
