The name of both the A26 and hamlet that lines it. Rose Hill Farm is on the immediate left whose farmhouse dates from the 18th century, beyond is Rosehill Country Store and Saddlery which operates from the site of a former smithy, whilst the white building in the distance is Little Maples which seems to have briefly served as a post office towards the end of the 19th century.
